| Press: | Wildflower! is an award-winning, multi-day eclectic arts and music festival that draws over 60,000 attendees! Held annually in May, the festival celebrates its 16th anniversary in 2008. Festival Site: We're located at the Galatyn Park urban center in Richardson, Texas - just a few minutes north of Dallas at US 75 and Galatyn Parkway. Home to the Renaissance Hotel, the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts, regional offices of Countrywide and Nortel, and the Galatyn Park Station on the DART light rail system. There's also the family friendly Kidz Korner, strolling entertainers, buskers and acrobats, lots of interactive displays and exhibits, the Wildflower! "Official Transportation Provider"- It's the easiest way to get here, and the Galatyn Park Station on the newly opened DART Red Line Light Rail system is the festival's Westside gateway! So, beat the traffic- park and ride from Dallas or Plano! Click here to review the Red Line schedule. From Dallas: Take US75 North (Central Expressway) and exit Galatyn Parkway/Renner Road in Richardson. The festival site is located just east of US 75 between Galatyn Parkway and Lookout Drive. Exit Galatyn Parkway and take a right. Follow the parking signs to either park on-site under covered parking or in the surrounding surface lots. From Plano/Oklahoma: Take US75 South into Richardson, exit Galatyn Parkway/Campbell Road in Richardson. The festival site is located just east of US 75 between Galatyn Parkway and Lookout Drive.
